- Minor emergency services such as initial fracture stabilization, and laceration repair.

- School, camp, and sports physicals plus immunization for all ages.

- Occupational medicine including drug screening, physicals, and work-related injuries.

- Preventive services such as well-child visits, adult routine physicals, and pap smears/gynecological care.

- Quick and personal service - you will always reach a person when calling the office. We do not use voicemail because we want you to speak directly with a member of our staff.

- Dr. Chacko has hospital privileges at Presbyterian Plano and can admit to the hospital if needed.
