Meet Our Staff

Dr. Mona Chacko is available and on call 24 hours a day. If you have a medical problem that you feel needs immediate attention after office hours, you may call the office and the phone message will direct you to the number of Dr. Chacko. The doctor will do her best to evaluate your condition and help you determine if it requires a visit to the emergency room or urgent care center.

Mona Chacko, MD, is a board certified Family Physician. She completed residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, McKeesport in Pittsburgh. She is a member of the Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Chacko's approach to medicine is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive health care, using innovations in primary care. Believing that family dynamics have an important impact on health, she enjoys caring for the whole family in a continued partnership. She provides care for generations of families and appreciates the loyalty and faith of the families, in the type of medicine she practices.
Dr. Chacko, husband Tom, daughter Annette, and their dog Maggie enjoy living in Frisco. Outside of medicine, she spends her time hanging out with her husband, friends, and family. Exercising, oil painting, reading novels and exploring new places in the world are her other pastimes, the last of which is becoming a dream. Currently she is pursuing it through reading and watching the travel channel!

Megan Cusack, FNP, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her training at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Megan believes medicine is both an art and a science. As such, she strives to provide individualized, holistic care to each member within a family, with emphasis on wellness and prevention. She values the trust placed in her by her patients, and appreciates the one-on-one relationships she is able to build with her patients, while treating the entire family.
Megan lives in the metroplex with her dog, Jake. She enjoys cooking, home renovation and repair, snow skiing on the slopes of Taos, visiting with friends and family, and international travel.
